Who we are

Graftsite (run by Keiren) builds websites for tradesmen. Contact: text 07464 680982.

Homeowners

When you ask for a quote we collect your name, phone number, postcode and job details, and pass them to the tradesman whose site you used, or to up to 3 local tradesmen if you used a price guide and agreed to share them. If you leave a review we publish the name you give and your review. We keep enquiries for 2 years, then delete them.

Tradesmen

We hold your business details, mobile number and email to run your site and send you enquiries and service texts. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number. Texts are sent through Twilio.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
